When they were full, she said to her son, ‘Bring me another container.’ But he replied, ‘There aren’t any more.’ Then the oil stopped.

Everyone ate and was satisfied. They picked up twelve baskets full of leftover pieces.


The man of God  was angry with him and said, ‘You should have struck the ground five or six times. Then you would have struck down Aram until you had put an end to them, but now you will strike down Aram only three times.’


The whole crowd was trying to touch him,  because power was coming out from him and healing them all.


When they were full, he told his disciples, ‘Collect the leftovers so that nothing is wasted.’


They all ate and were satisfied. They collected the leftover pieces #– #seven large baskets full.


And he did not do many miracles there because of their unbelief.


Then he touched their eyes, saying, ‘Let it be done for you according to your faith.’


for this is what the Lord God of Israel says, “The flour jar will not become empty and the oil jug will not run dry until the day the Lord sends rain on the surface of the land.” ’


And the day after they ate from the produce of the land, the manna ceased.  Since there was no more manna for the Israelites, they ate from the crops of the land of Canaan that year.


So she left. After she had shut the door behind her and her sons, they kept bringing her containers, and she kept pouring.
