‘This will be the sign  for you: This year you will eat what grows on its own, and in the second year what grows from that. But in the third year sow and reap, plant vineyards and eat their fruit.

But I will have compassion on the house of Judah, and I will deliver them by the  Lord  their God. I will not deliver them by bow, sword, or war, or by horses and cavalry.


Whatever the land produces during the Sabbath year can be food for you #– #for yourself, your male or female slave, and the hired worker or foreigner who resides with you.
