Without asking for advice, God removes mighty leaders and puts others in their place.

You help everyone in need, and you defend them when they are on trial.

You will smash them with an iron rod and shatter them like dishes of clay.”

A wise ruler severely punishes every criminal.

The poor and the needy will be treated with fairness and with justice. His word will be law everywhere in the land, and criminals will be put to death.
