You paid attention to me, and so I will pray to you as long as I live.

And that is what God should do, because they don't like him or ever pray.

I praise you, LORD, for answering my prayers.

Listen to my prayer and hurry to save me. Be my mighty rock and the fortress where I am safe.

You, LORD God, are my mighty rock and my fortress. Lead me and guide me, so that your name will be honoured.

I patiently waited, LORD, for you to hear my prayer. You listened

You keep me safe, LORD God. So when I pray at night,

You threw me down to the bottom of the sea. The water was churning all around; I was completely covered by your mighty waves.

Jesus told his disciples a story about how they should keep on praying and never give up:

Don't worry about anything, but pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God.

Never give up praying. And when you pray, keep alert and be thankful.
