“Levites who are between the ages of twenty-five and fifty can work at my sacred tent. But once they turn fifty, they must retire.
He then counted the Levite men who were at least thirty years old, and the total was thirty-eight thousand.
The priests were listed in the official records by clans, and the Levites twenty years old and older were listed by their duties.
But the Levites will camp around the sacred tent to make sure that no one goes near it and makes me furious with the Israelites.

Timothy, my son, the instructions I am giving you are based on what some prophets once said about you. If you follow these instructions, you will fight like a good soldier.
Fight a good fight for the faith and claim eternal life. God offered it to you when you clearly told about your faith, while so many people listened.
