They must also give thanks and sing praises when sacrifices are offered on each Sabbath, as well as during New Moon Festivals and other religious feasts. There must always be enough Levites on duty at the temple to do everything that needs to be done.

I hate your New Moon Festivals and all others as well. They are a heavy burden I am tired of carrying.

No one is to work on that day—it is the Great Day of Forgiveness, when sacrifices will be offered to me, so that I will forgive your sins.

These festivals must be celebrated in addition to the Sabbaths and the times when you offer special gifts or sacrifices to keep a promise or as a voluntary offering.

Here are the instructions for offering a sacrifice to ask my blessing:

And offer a goat as the sacrifice to ask forgiveness for the people. These sacrifices are made in addition to the regular daily sacrifices.

Moses told the people of Israel everything the LORD had told him about the sacrifices.

These are the requirements for Nazirites. However, if you can afford to offer more, you must do so.

When you eat or drink or do anything else, always do it to honour God.
