You are good to everyone, and you take care of all your creation.

He provides food for cattle and for the young ravens, when they cry out.

Your decisions are always fair. They are firm like mountains, deep like the sea, and all people and animals are under your care.

By living right, you show that you respect the LORD; by being deceitful, you show that you despise him.

We may think we know what is right, but the LORD is the judge of our motives.

Honesty will keep you safe, but everyone who is crooked will suddenly fall.

It's better to be poor and live right, than to be rich and dishonest.

In that city of Nineveh there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand people who cannot tell right from wrong, and many cattle are also there. Don't you think I should be concerned about that big city?

Don't forget the evil plans of King Balak of Moab or what Balaam son of Beor said to him. Remember how I, the LORD, saved you many times on your way from Acacia to Gilgal.

That night, God said, “Balaam, I'll let you go to Moab with Balak's messengers, but do only what I say.”

Balaam was riding his donkey to Moab, and two of his servants were with him. But God was angry that Balaam had gone, so one of the LORD's angels stood in the road to stop him.

When that happened, the LORD told the donkey to speak, and it asked Balaam, “What have I done to you that made you beat me three times?”

If your donkey had not seen me and stopped those three times, I would have killed you and let the donkey live.”

“It's all right for you to go,” the LORD's angel answered. “But you must say only what I tell you.” So Balaam went on with Balak's officials.

and said, “You son of the devil! You are a liar, a criminal, and an enemy of everything that is right. When will you stop speaking against the true ways of the Lord?

This is because when you came out of Egypt, they refused to provide you with food and water. And besides, they hired Balaam to put a curse on you.

Don't muzzle an ox while it is threshing grain.
