And the foreigners who live among you must also follow these rules.

to tell Aaron and his sons and everyone else the rules for offering sacrifices. He said: The animals that are to be completely burnt on the altar

And don't bring me animals you bought from a foreigner. I won't accept them, because they are no better than one that has something wrong with it.

This law will never change. I am the LORD, and I consider all people the same, whether they are Israelites or foreigners living among you.
