Just looking at me is enough to make you sick,

We celebrated with laughter and joyful songs. In foreign nations it was said, “The LORD has worked miracles for his people.”

If you are foolishly boasting or planning something evil, then stop it now!

Your hand is raised and ready to punish them, but they don't see it. Put them to shame! Show how much you care for us and throw them into the fire intended for your enemies.

My servant will make nations worthy to worship me; kings will be silent as they bow in wonder. They will see and think about things they have never seen or thought about before.

I know everything you do and think! The time has now come to bring together the people of every language and nation and to show them my glory

I will do these things to show the world that I, the LORD, am holy.

You prophets and fortune-tellers will all be disgraced, with no message from me.”

At present they are scattered, but later they will attack, as though they were fierce lions pouncing on sheep. Their enemies will be torn to shreds, with no one to save them;

and wipe out kings and their kingdoms. I will overturn war chariots, and then cavalry troops will start slaughtering each other.

I am determined to wipe out every nation that attacks Jerusalem.

We know that everything in the Law was written for those who are under its power. The Law says these things to stop anyone from making excuses and to let God show that the whole world is guilty.

When the nations got angry, you became angry too! Now the time has come for the dead to be judged. It is time for you to reward your servants the prophets and all your people who honour your name, no matter who they are. It is time to destroy everyone who has destroyed the earth.”
