He won't let the wicked rule his people or lead them to do wrong.

The LORD cares for his nation, just as shepherds care for their flocks. He carries the lambs in his arms, while gently leading the mother sheep.

Jesus answered: The friends of a bridegroom don't go without eating while he is still with them. But the time will come when he will be taken from them. Then they will go without eating.

No one pours new wine into old wineskins. The wine would swell and burst the old skins. Then the wine would be lost, and the skins would be ruined. New wine must be put into new wineskins. Both the skins and the wine will then be safe.

No one patches old clothes by sewing on a piece of new cloth. The new piece would shrink and tear a bigger hole.

Jesus then told them these sayings: No one uses a new piece of cloth to patch old clothes. The patch would shrink and make the hole even bigger.

I have much more to say to you, but right now it would be more than you could understand.

For now there are faith, hope, and love. But of these three, the greatest is love.

What you are doing is much more than a service that supplies God's people with what they need. It is something that will make many others thank God.
