The next morning you will dress in your priestly clothes, including your linen underwear. Then clean away the ashes left by the sacrifices and pile them beside the altar.

Wicked people are enemies of the LORD and will vanish like smoke from a field on fire.

And before they leave to join the other people in the outer courtyard, they must take off their priestly clothes, then place them in the sacred rooms and put on their ordinary clothes. That way, no one will touch their sacred clothes and be harmed.

You will take a bath and put on the sacred linen clothes, including the underwear, the robe, the sash, and the turban.

Yeast and honey must never be burnt on the altar, so don't ever mix either of these in a grain sacrifice.

Only the men in Aaron's family are allowed to eat this bread, and they must go through a ceremony to be made holy before touching it. This law will never change.

Each of Aaron's descendants who is ordained as a priest must perform this ceremony and make sure that the bread is completely burnt on the altar. None of it may be eaten!

Send for Aaron and his sons, as well as their priestly clothes, the oil for ordination, the bull for the sin offering, the two rams, and a basket of bread made without yeast.

Suddenly the LORD sent a fire that burnt up the two hundred and fifty men who had offered incense to him.

He was followed by armies from heaven that rode on horses and were dressed in pure white linen.

She will be given a wedding dress made of pure and shining linen. This linen stands for the good things God's people have done.”

One of the elders asked me, “Do you know who these people are that are dressed in white robes? Do you know where they come from?”
