But the servant asked, “What if the young woman I choose refuses to leave home and come here with me? Should I send Isaac there to look for a wife?”

I asked my master, “What if the young woman refuses to come with me?”

Instead, go back to the land where I was born and find a wife for him from among my relatives.”

They called her and asked, “Are you willing to leave with this man at once?” “Yes,” she answered.

“No!” Abraham answered. “Don't ever do that, no matter what.

Do not misuse my name. I am the LORD your God, and I will punish anyone who misuses my name.

If you keep refusing,

If you have good sense, you will act sensibly, but fools act like fools.

Make promises only in my name, and do what you promise! Then all nations will praise me, and I will bless them.
