A mob of half-breeds will settle in Ashdod, and the Lord himself will rob Philistia of pride.

In Caesarea there was a man named Cornelius, who was the captain of a group of soldiers called “The Italian Unit”.

The next day they arrived in Caesarea where Cornelius was waiting for them. He had also invited his relatives and close friends.

Suddenly three men from Caesarea stood in front of the house where I was staying.

But the followers found out about this and took Saul to Caesarea. From there they sent him to the city of Tarsus.

Indeed, I will tell how Christ performed miracles and wonders by the power of the Holy Spirit. I have preached the good news about him all the way from Jerusalem to Illyricum.

There were not any Anakim left in the regions where the Israelites lived, although there were still some in Gaza, Gath, and Ashdod.

The Philistines took the sacred chest from near Ebenezer to the town of Ashdod.
