God doesn't have any favourites!

Does God belong only to the Jews? Isn't he also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, he is!

Some of them were supposed to be important leaders, but I didn't care who they were. God doesn't have any favourites! None of these so called special leaders added anything to my message.

Slave owners, you must treat your slaves with this same respect. Don't threaten them. They have the same Master in heaven that you do, and he doesn't have any favourites.

And it doesn't matter if one is helpless and the other is powerful. Don't be afraid of anyone! No matter who comes to your court, God will help you make a fair decision. If any case is too hard for you, bring the people to me, and I will make the decision.

The LORD your God is more powerful than all other gods and lords, and his tremendous power is to be feared. His decisions are always fair, and you cannot bribe him to change his mind.

It doesn't matter if you are a Greek or a Jew, or if you are circumcised or not. You may even be a barbarian or a Scythian, and you may be a slave or a free person. Yet Christ is all that matters, and he lives in all of us.

But Christ has no favourites! He will punish evil people, just as they deserve.

My friends, if you have faith in our glorious Lord Jesus Christ, you won't treat some people better than others.

That is the same as saying that some people are better than others, and you would be acting like a crooked judge.

But if you treat some people better than others, you have done wrong, and the Scriptures teach that you have sinned.

You say that God is your Father, but God doesn't have favourites! He judges all people by what they do. So you must honour God while you live as strangers here on earth.
