Hezekiah thought, “At least our nation will be at peace for a while.” So he told Isaiah, “The message you brought me from the LORD is good.”

Samuel told Eli everything. Then Eli said, “He is the LORD, and he will do what's right.”

“Praise God in heaven! Peace on earth to everyone who pleases God.”

But the angel said, “Don't be afraid! I have good news for you, which will make everyone happy.
