In the future, the mountain with the Lord's temple will be the highest of all. It will reach above the hills, and every nation will rush to it.

I will return to Jerusalem and live there on Mount Zion. Then Jerusalem will be known as my faithful city, and Zion will be known as my holy mountain.

The Lord is great and deserves our greatest praise! He is the only God worthy of our worship.

A river and its streams bring joy to the city, which is the sacred home of God Most High.

You are wonderful, Lord, and you deserve all praise, because you are much greater than anyone can understand.

We praise you, Lord God, and we worship you at your sacred mountain. Only you are God!

Zion was built by the Lord on the holy mountain,

You perform great wonders because you alone are God.

Instead he chose the tribe of Judah, and he chose Mount Zion, the place he loves.

Our God, you deserve praise in Zion, where we keep our promises to you.

God rules the nations from his sacred throne.

God is our mighty fortress, always ready to help in times of trouble.

“I've put my king on Zion, my sacred hill.”

You have now come to Mount Zion and to the heavenly Jerusalem. This is the city of the living God, where thousands and thousands of angels have come to celebrate.

The Lord's people who escape will go to Mount Zion, and it will be holy. Then Jacob's descendants will capture the land of those who took their land.

The Lord All-Powerful, the God of Israel, said: I promise to set the people of Judah free and to lead them back to their hometowns. And when I do, they will once again say, “We pray that the Lord will bless his home, the sacred hill in Jerusalem where his temple stands.”

A loud trumpet will be heard. Then the people of Israel who were dragged away to Assyria and Egypt will return to worship the Lord on his holy mountain in Jerusalem.

Our Lord is great and powerful! He understands everything.

I will praise you, Lord! You saved me from the grave and kept my enemies from celebrating my death.

Then the Levites Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah said: “Stand and shout praises to your Lord, the eternal God! Praise his wonderful name, though he is greater than words can express.”

As a deer gets thirsty for streams of water, I truly am thirsty for you, my God.
