Good people are remembered long after they are gone, but the wicked are soon forgotten.

I, the Lord All-Powerful, have decided to wipe you out with disasters.

You are a spring of water giving Israel life and hope. But if the people reject what you have told me, they will be swept away like words written in dust.

I saw the wicked buried with honor, but God's people had to leave the holy city and were forgotten. None of this makes sense.

God watches over good people and places them in positions of power and honor forever.

The earth shook and shivered, and the mountains trembled down to their roots. You were angry

But the Lord watches over all who honor him and trust his kindness.

God gave us ears and eyes! Can't he hear and see?

The Lord never even hears the prayers of the wicked, but he answers the prayers of all who obey him.
