With wisdom he made the sky. God's love never fails.

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

Our Lord, by your wisdom you made so many things; the whole earth is covered with your living creatures.

God used his wisdom and power to create the earth and spread out the heavens.

The Lord made the heavens and everything in them by his word.

With your wisdom and power you created the earth and spread out the heavens.

And that's what happened. God made the dome

and named it “Sky.” Evening came, then morning—that was the second day.

Then I ask, “Why do you care about us humans? Why are you concerned for us weaklings?”

The Lord is the Creator of heaven and earth, and I pray that the Lord will bless you from Zion.
