I will soon die, as everyone must. But deep in your hearts you know that the Lord has kept every promise he ever made to you. Not one of them has been broken.

My son, I will soon die, as everyone must. But I want you to be strong and brave.

Work hard at whatever you do. You will soon go to the world of the dead, where no one works or thinks or reasons or even knows anything.

God is no mere human! He doesn't tell lies or change his mind. God always keeps his promises.

Praise the Lord! He has kept his promise and given us peace. Every good thing he promised to his servant Moses has happened.
