A field is useful to farmers, if there is enough rain to make good crops grow. In fact, God will bless such a field.

You water all its fields and level the lumpy ground. You send showers of rain to soften the soil and help the plants sprout.

Isaac planted grain and had a good harvest that same year. The Lord blessed him,

Isaac had faith, and he promised blessings to Jacob and Esau.

Fig trees are bearing fruit, while blossoms on grapevines fill the air with perfume. My darling, I love you! Let's go away together.

Then she took Esau's best clothes and put them on Jacob.

Then Isaac said, “Son, come over here and kiss me.”

Descendants of Joseph, the Lord will bless you with precious water from deep wells and with dew from the sky.
