Do not worship any god except me.
Jesus answered, “Go away Satan! The Scriptures say: ‘Worship the Lord your God and serve only him.’ ”
Children, you must stay away from idols.
The Father wants all people to honor the Son as much as they honor him. When anyone refuses to honor the Son, this is the same as refusing to honor the Father who sent him.
Don't worship foreign gods or bow down to gods you know nothing about.
Don't have anything to do with gods that are worshiped by the nations around you.
But watch out! You will be tempted to turn your backs on the Lord. And if you worship other gods,
I am the Lord your God. I rescued you from Egypt. Just ask, and I will give you whatever you need.
