and you gave me a new song, a song of praise to you. Many will see this, and they will honor and trust you, the LORD God.

Keep your promise and don't let me stumble or let sin control my life.

Rescue me from this prison, so I can praise your name. And when your people notice your wonderful kindness to me, they will rush to my side.

In praise of you, our God, I will sing a new song, while playing my harp.

In times of trouble, you will protect me. You will hide me in your tent and keep me safe on top of a mighty rock.

Sing a new song. Shout! Play beautiful music.

And a new song was being sung in front of God's throne and in front of the four living creatures and the elders. No one could learn that song, except the one hundred forty-four thousand who had been rescued from the earth.
