I obey you with all my heart, and I trust you, knowing that you will save me.

(By David.) Show that I am right, LORD! I stay true to myself, and I have trusted you without doubting.

I stay true to myself. Be kind and rescue me.

You have helped me because I am innocent, and you will always be close to my side.

Our LORD, judge the nations! Judge me and show that I am honest and innocent.

If you do the right thing, honesty will be your guide. But if you are crooked, you will be trapped by your own dishonesty.

Good people live right, and God blesses the children who follow their example.

My God knew that I was innocent, and he sent an angel to keep the lions from eating me. Your Majesty, I have never done anything to hurt you."

And because I am sure, I try my best to have a clear conscience in whatever I do for God or for people.

The LORD put you in my power today, but you are his chosen king and I wouldn't harm you. The LORD rewards people who are faithful and live right.
