The Israelites stood around their tents complaining. Moses heard them and was upset that they had made the LORD angry.

They would not obey you, and they grumbled in their tents.

You know I hate anyone who hates you, LORD, and refuses to obey.

Jesus was angry as he looked around at the people. Yet he felt sorry for them because they were so stubborn. Then he told the man, "Stretch out your hand." He did, and his bad hand was healed.

"My people, I will breathe out fire that sends you down to the world of the dead. It will scorch your farmlands and burn deep down under the mountains.
