Jesus said, "You people are too stubborn to have any faith! How much longer must I be with you? Why do I have to put up with you? Bring the boy here."

Then God got tired of them and said, "You never show good sense, and you don't understand what I want you to do."

Moses and Aaron went to the king and told him that the LORD God of the Hebrews had said: How long will you stubbornly refuse to obey? Release my people so they can worship me.

Then the LORD said, "Moses, how long will you people keep disobeying my laws and teachings?

"How much longer will you enjoy being stupid fools? Won't you ever stop sneering and laughing at knowledge?

How long will you lie there doing nothing at all? When are you going to get up and stop sleeping?

The LORD has confused Egypt; its leaders have made it stagger and vomit like a drunkard.

But Jerusalem, there is still time for you to be saved. Wash the evil from your hearts and stop making sinful plans,

The LORD said to Moses, "I have done great things for these people, and they still reject me by refusing to believe in my power.

to give this message to the people of Israel: You sinful people have complained against me too many times! Now I swear by my own life that I will give you exactly what you wanted.

And because the people did not have any faith, Jesus did not work many miracles there.

Jesus knew what they were thinking and said: You surely don't have much faith! Why are you talking about not having any bread?

I brought him to your disciples, but none of them could heal him."

Then Jesus spoke sternly to the demon. It went out of the boy, and right then he was healed.

God gives such beauty to everything that grows in the fields, even though it is here today and thrown into a fire tomorrow. He will surely do even more for you! Why do you have such little faith?

But Jesus replied, "Why are you so afraid? You surely don't have much faith." Then he got up and ordered the wind and the waves to calm down. And everything was calm.

Afterwards, Jesus appeared to his eleven disciples as they were eating. He scolded them because they were too stubborn to believe the ones who had seen him after he had been raised to life.

Jesus said, "You people don't have any faith! How much longer must I be with you? Why do I have to put up with you? Bring the boy to me."

Then Jesus asked the two disciples, "Why can't you understand? How can you be so slow to believe all that the prophets said?

Jesus said to them, "You people are stubborn and don't have any faith! How much longer must I be with you? Why do I have to put up with you?" Then Jesus said to the man, "Bring your son to me."

and said to Thomas, "Put your finger here and look at my hands! Put your hand into my side. Stop doubting and have faith!"

and for about forty years he took care of them in the desert.

Peter told them many other things as well. Then he said, "I beg you to save yourselves from what will happen to all these evil people."

Please put up with a little of my foolishness.

But you lie and cheat and are unfaithful to him. You have disgraced yourselves and are no longer worthy to be his children.
