The Law was given by Moses, but Jesus Christ brought us undeserved kindness and truth.

You have obeyed me, and so you and your descendants will be a blessing to all nations on earth."

"I am the way, the truth, and the life!" Jesus answered. "Without me, no one can go to the Father.

"So you are a king," Pilate replied. "You are saying that I am a king," Jesus told him. "I was born into this world to tell about the truth. And everyone who belongs to the truth knows my voice."

Don't think that I will be the one to accuse you to the Father. You have put your hope in Moses, yet he is the very one who will accuse you.

Didn't Moses give you the Law? Yet none of you obey it! So why do you want to kill me?

You will know the truth, and the truth will set you free."

We are sure that God spoke to Moses, but we don't even know where Jesus comes from."

They agreed on a time to meet with Paul, and many of them came to his house. From early morning until late in the afternoon, Paul talked to them about God's kingdom. He used the Law of Moses and the Books of the Prophets to try to win them over to Jesus.

Moses brought our people together in the desert, and the angel spoke to him on Mount Sinai. There he was given these life-giving words to pass on to us.

Don't let sin keep ruling your lives. You are ruled by God's kindness and not by the Law.

Christ says "Yes" to all of God's promises. That's why we have Christ to say "Amen" for us to the glory of God.

What I am saying is that the Law cannot change or cancel God's promise that was made 430 years before the Law was given.

I called a meeting of the tribes of Israel and gave you God's Law.

The Israelites had come from Egypt and were camped east of the Jordan River near Beth-Peor, when Moses gave these laws and teachings. The land around their camp had once belonged to King Sihon of Heshbon. But Moses and the Israelites defeated him

Moses called together the people of Israel and said: Today I am telling you the laws and teachings that you must follow, so listen carefully.

The Law says that almost everything must be sprinkled with blood, and no sins can be forgiven unless blood is offered.
