God's power is unlimited. He needs no teachers

Now get ready to face me! Can you answer the questions I ask?

(A psalm by Asaph.) When all of the other gods have come together, the Lord God judges them and says:

Don't be surprised if the poor of your country are abused, and injustice takes the place of justice. After all, the lower officials must do what the higher ones order them to do.

Israel, you have no right to argue with your Creator. You are merely a clay pot shaped by a potter. The clay doesn't ask, "Why did you make me this way? Where are the handles?"

But I, the LORD, tell you that these prophets have never attended a meeting of my council in heaven or heard me speak.

"Has anyone known the thoughts of the Lord or given him advice?

The Scriptures ask, "Has anyone ever known the thoughts of the Lord or given him advice?" But we understand what Christ is thinking.

Don't you know that we will judge angels? And if that is so, we can surely judge everyday matters.

God did not have pity on the angels that sinned. He had them tied up and thrown into the dark pits of hell until the time of judgment.

You also know about the angels who didn't do their work and left their proper places. God chained them with everlasting chains and is now keeping them in dark pits until the great day of judgment.
