Who is this coming from Bozrah in Edom with clothes stained red? Who is this hero marching in his glorious uniform? "It's me, the LORD! I have won the battle, and I can save you!"

Everyone of every nation, the entire earth, and all of its creatures, come here and listen!

Here is my servant! I have made him strong. He is my chosen one; I am pleased with him. I have given him my Spirit, and he will bring justice to the nations.

He won't break off a bent reed or put out a dying flame, but he will make sure that justice is done.

The LORD did not speak in a dark secret place or command Jacob's descendants to search for him in vain. The LORD speaks the truth, and this is what he says

I have made a solemn promise, one that won't be broken: Everyone will bow down and worship me.

The boots of marching warriors and the blood-stained uniforms have been fed to flames and eaten by fire.

His power will never end; peace will last forever. He will rule David's kingdom and make it grow strong. He will always rule with honesty and justice. The LORD All-Powerful will make certain that all of this is done.

I, the LORD, swear in my own name that your city of Bozrah and all your towns will suffer a horrible fate. They will lie in ruins forever, and people will use the name "Bozrah" as a curse word.

The LORD God then said, "The people of Edom are guilty of taking revenge on Judah.

The LORD said to Gog: Long ago, I had my prophets warn the people of Israel that someday I would send an enemy to attack them. You, Gog, are that enemy, and that day is coming.

The LORD God gave Obadiah a message about Edom, and this is what we heard: "I, the LORD, have sent a messenger with orders for the nations to attack Edom."

Warriors from the city of Teman will be terrified, and you descendants of Esau will be wiped out.

The LORD your God wins victory after victory and is always with you. He celebrates and sings because of you, and he will refresh your life with his love."

Israel, I, the LORD, have loved you. And yet you ask in what way have I loved you. Don't forget that Esau was the brother of your ancestor Jacob, but I chose Jacob

God is no mere human! He doesn't tell lies or change his mind. God always keeps his promises.

When Jesus came to Jerusalem, everyone in the city was excited and asked, "Who can this be?"

He is forever able to save the people he leads to God, because he always lives to speak to God for them.

You have faith in God, whose power will protect you until the last day. Then he will save you, just as he has always planned to do.

The rider wore a robe that was covered with blood, and he was known as "The Word of God."
