Don't you know? Haven't you heard? The LORD is the eternal God, Creator of the earth. He never gets weary or tired; his wisdom cannot be measured.

Our holy God lives forever in the highest heavens, and this is what he says: Though I live high above in the holy place, I am here to help those who are humble and depend only on me.

The LORD hasn't lost his powerful strength; he can still hear and answer prayers.

The LORD is the one who makes birth possible. And he will see that Zion has many more children. The LORD has spoken.

You, LORD, are the only true and living God. You will rule for all time. When you are angry the earth shakes, and nations are destroyed.

LORD God, you stretched out your mighty arm and made the sky and the earth. You can do anything.

I heard the LORD say, "My people ignore me. They are foolish children who do not understand that they will be punished. All they know is how to sin."

Afterwards, Jesus appeared to his eleven disciples as they were eating. He scolded them because they were too stubborn to believe the ones who had seen him after he had been raised to life.

Jesus said, "You people don't have any faith! How much longer must I be with you? Why do I have to put up with you? Bring the boy to me."

Then Jesus asked the two disciples, "Why can't you understand? How can you be so slow to believe all that the prophets said?

Jesus replied: Philip, I have been with you for a long time. Don't you know who I am? If you have seen me, you have seen the Father. How can you ask me to show you the Father?

But Jesus said, "My Father has never stopped working, and that is why I keep on working."

The Lord has given us this command, "I have placed you here as a light for the Gentiles. You are to take the saving power of God to people everywhere on earth."

but now at last it has been told. The eternal God commanded his prophets to write about the good news, so that all nations would obey and have faith.

The Scriptures ask, "Has anyone ever known the thoughts of the Lord or given him advice?" But we understand what Christ is thinking.

Don't you know that a man who does that becomes part of her body? The Scriptures say, "The two of them will be like one person."

You surely know that your body is a temple where the Holy Spirit lives. The Spirit is in you and is a gift from God. You are no longer your own.

Don't you know that evil people won't have a share in the blessings of God's kingdom? Don't fool yourselves! No one who is immoral or worships idols or is unfaithful in marriage or is a pervert or behaves like a homosexual

The eternal God is our hiding place; he carries us in his arms. When God tells you to destroy your enemies, he will make them run.

God is the one who began this good work in you, and I am certain that he won't stop before it is complete on the day that Christ Jesus returns.

I pray that honor and glory will always be given to the only God, who lives forever and is the invisible and eternal King! Amen.

But Christ was sinless, and he offered himself as an eternal and spiritual sacrifice to God. That's why his blood is much more powerful and makes our consciences clear. Now we can serve the living God and no longer do things that lead to death.

Our LORD, those who attack you will be broken in pieces when you fight back with thunder from heaven. You will judge the whole earth and give power and strength to your chosen king.
