Amon disobeyed the LORD, just as his father Manasseh had done.

Amon worshiped the idols Manasseh had made and

King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylonia sent troops to attack Jerusalem soon after Jehoiachin became king.

He hunted with other lions and learned to eat people.
