I am your servant, and the people of Israel belong to you, and so whenever any of us look toward this temple and pray, answer from your home in heaven and forgive our sins.

The priests and Levites asked God to bless the people, and from his home in heaven, he did.

Suppose someone accuses a person of a crime, and the accused has to stand in front of the altar in your temple and say, "I swear I am innocent!"

(A song for worship.) Our LORD and our God, I turn my eyes to you, on your throne in heaven.

Don't talk before you think or make promises to God without thinking them through. God is in heaven, and you are on earth, so don't talk too much.

The LORD said to me, "I will calmly look down from my home above-- as calmly as the sun at noon or clouds in the heat of harvest season."

But I wipe away your sins because of who I am. And so, I will forget the wrongs you have done.

Turn back to me! I have rescued you and swept away your sins as though they were clouds.

Our holy God lives forever in the highest heavens, and this is what he says: Though I live high above in the holy place, I am here to help those who are humble and depend only on me.

Forgive us! Hurry and do something, not only for your city and your chosen people, but to bring honor to yourself.

Our God, no one is like you. We are all that is left of your chosen people, and you freely forgive our sin and guilt. You don't stay angry forever; you're glad to have pity

Forgive us for doing wrong, as we forgive others.

You should pray like this: Our Father in heaven, help us to honor your name.
