Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king of Judah, and he ruled fifty-five years from Jerusalem.
(SEE 3:10)
When Hezekiah died, he was buried in the section of the royal tombs that was reserved for the most respected kings, and everyone in Judah and Jerusalem honored him. His son Manasseh then became king.
A country is in for trouble when its ruler is childish, and its leaders party all day long.
Though you are God's people, you are ruled and abused by women and children. You are confused by leaders who guide you down the wrong path.
He will let children and babies become your rulers.
This punishment will happen because of the horrible things your King Manasseh did. And you will be disgusting to all nations on earth.
(SEE 1:6)
