and said: Praise the LORD God of Israel! Long ago he brought his people out of Egypt. He later kept his promise to make my father David the king of Israel. The LORD also said that he had not chosen the city where his temple would be built.

then he blessed the people in the name of the LORD All-Powerful.

And now, LORD God, please do what you have promised me and my descendants.

to go to David and give him this message: David, you are my servant, so listen to what I say. Why should you build a temple for me?

LORD God of Israel, you deserve to be praised forever and ever." After David finished, the people shouted, "Amen! Praise the LORD!"

and no one will be able to take his kingdom away from him. He will be the one to build a temple for me.

Solomon will build my temple. He will be like a son to me, and I will be like a father to him. In fact, one of his descendants will always rule in Israel."

Then, in front of everyone, David sang praises to the LORD: I praise you forever, LORD! You are the God our ancestor Jacob worshiped.

David then said to the people, "Now it's your turn to praise the LORD, the God your ancestors worshiped!" So everyone praised the LORD, and they bowed down to honor him and David their king.

Then on the fourth day, everyone came together in Beracah Valley and sang praises to the LORD. That's why that place was called Praise Valley.

and said: Praise the LORD God of Israel! He brought his people out of Egypt long ago and later kept his promise to make my father David the king of Israel. The LORD also promised him that Jerusalem would be the city where his temple will be built, and now that promise has come true.

Then the Levites Jeshua, Kadmiel, Bani, Hashabneiah, Sherebiah, Hodiah, Shebaniah, and Pethahiah said: "Stand and shout praises to your LORD, the eternal God! Praise his wonderful name, though he is greater than words can express."

but we will praise him now and forevermore. Shout praises to the LORD!

I worship at your holy temple and praise you for your love and your faithfulness. You were true to your word and made yourself more famous than ever before.

You, the LORD God of Israel, will be praised forever! Amen and amen.

But if you turn against me, your enemies will kill you. I, the LORD, have spoken.

The sky and the earth won't last forever, but my words will.

Praise the Lord, the God of Israel! He has come to save his people.

God said he would be kind to our people and keep his sacred promise.

Praise the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ for the spiritual blessings that Christ has brought us from heaven!

The LORD promised to do many good things for Israel, and he kept his promise every time.

Praise God, the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ. God is so good, and by raising Jesus from death, he has given us new life and a hope that lives on.

David told her: I praise the LORD God of Israel! He must have sent you to meet me today.
