Greet a household when you enter it,
Then say this: ‘Long life to you, and peace to you, peace to your family, and peace to all that is yours.
Therefore, we are ambassadors for Christ, since God is making his appeal through us. We plead on Christ’s behalf, “Be reconciled to God.”
He sent the message to the Israelites, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ #— #he is Lord of all.

Whether they listen or refuse to listen #— #for they are a rebellious house #— #they will know that a prophet has been among them.
When you enter any town or village, find out who is worthy, and stay there until you leave.
and if the household is worthy, let your peace be on it; but if it is unworthy, let your peace return to you.
