Joshua 13:1

Joshua was now old, advanced in age,  and the Lord said to him, “You have become old, advanced in age, but a great deal of the land remains to be possessed.

“As you see, the Lord has kept me alive these forty-five years as he promised,  since the Lord spoke this word to Moses while Israel was journeying in the wilderness. Here I am today, eighty-five years old.

The Lord your God is the one who will cross ahead of you.  He will destroy these nations before you, and you will drive them out. Joshua is the one who will cross ahead of you, as the Lord has said.

After these things, the Lord’s servant, Joshua son of Nun, died at the age of 110.

But they had no children because Elizabeth could not conceive, and both of them were well along in years.

Abraham and Sarah were old and getting on in years.  Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.

Now King David was old and advanced in age.  Although they covered him with bedclothes, he could not get warm.

This is the land that remains: All the districts of the Philistines and the Geshurites:

“Command the Israelites and say to them: When you enter the land of Canaan, it will be allotted to you as an inheritance  with these borders:

Then the border will go down to the Jordan and end at the Dead Sea. This will be your land defined by its borders on all sides.”

So Joshua asked the Israelites, “How long will you delay going out to take possession of the land that the Lord, the God of your ancestors, gave you?
