Your territory will be from the wilderness and Lebanon  to the great river, the Euphrates River #— #all the land of the Hittites   #— #and west to the Mediterranean Sea.

I will set your borders from the Red Sea to the Mediterranean Sea,  and from the wilderness to the Euphrates River.  For I will place the inhabitants of the land under your control, and you will drive them out ahead of you.

Every place the sole of your foot treads will be yours.  Your territory will extend from the wilderness to Lebanon and from the Euphrates River  to the Mediterranean Sea.

Please let me cross over and see the beautiful land  on the other side of the Jordan, that good hill country and Lebanon.

Resume your journey and go to the hill country of the Amorites  and their neighbors in the Arabah, the hill country, the Judean foothills,  the Negev  and the sea coast #— #to the land of the Canaanites and to Lebanon as far as the great river, the Euphrates River.
