You have subjected all things under his feet." For in as much as he has subjected all things to him, he has left nothing not subject to him. But in the present time, we do not yet perceive that all things have been made subject to him.

lastly, in these days, he has spoken to us through the Son, whom he appointed as the heir of all things, and through whom he made the world.

For God did not subject the future world, about which we are speaking, to the Angels.

He is at the right hand of God, devouring death, so that we may be made heirs to eternal life. And since he has journeyed to heaven, the Angels and powers and virtues are subject to him.

And I am alive, though I was dead. And, behold, I live forever and ever. And I hold the keys of death and of Hell.

and from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, the first-born of the dead, and the leader over the kings of the earth, who has loved us and has washed us from our sins with his blood,
