Ye haue not chosen me, but I haue chosen you, and ordayned you, to go, and bryng foorth fruite, and that your fruite shoulde remayne, that whatsoeuer ye aske of the father in my name, he may geue it you.

The eyes of God are ouer the righteous: and his eares are open vnto their prayers

The Lorde knoweth howe to delyuer the godly out of temptation, and to reserue the vniust vnto the day of iudgement for to be punished:

But the strong foundation of God standeth styl, hauyng this seale: The Lorde knoweth the that are his: And, let euery one that nameth the name of Christe, depart from iniquitie.

Which gaue hym selfe for vs, that he myght redeeme vs from all vnryghteousnesse, and pourge vs a peculier people vnto hym selfe, zelous of good workes.

But ye are a chosen generation, a royall priesthood, an holy nation, a peculier people: that ye should shewe foorth the vertues of hym that called you out of darknesse into his marueylous lyght.

For howe shall it be knowen here, that I and thy people haue founde fauour in thy sight, but in that thou goest with vs? If thou goest with vs, shall not I and thy people haue preeminence before all the people that are vpon the face of the earth

Away from me all workers of iniquitie: for God hath hearde the voyce of my weeping

For we are his workmanship, created in Christe Iesus vnto good workes, whiche God hath ordeyned that we shoulde walke in them.

Gather my saintes together vnto me: those that haue made a couenaunt with me with sacrifice

Loue God all ye his saintes: for God preserueth them that are faythfull, and rewardeth most aboundauntly the proude doer

Whensoeuer I call vpon thee, then shall myne enemies be put to flight: this I know, for the Lorde is on my side

My mouth shall vtter wisdome: the cogitations of myne heart wyll bryng foorth knowledge

O trust not in wrong dealing and spoyling: geue not your selues vnto vanitie, if riches encrease, set not your heart [vpon them.
