And he left them, and went agayne, and prayed the thirde tyme, saying the same wordes.
For this thyng besought I the Lorde thryse, that it myght depart from me.
And he put foorth a parable vnto them, to this ende that me ought alwayes to pray, & not to be weery,
But when ye pray, babble not much, as the heathen do. For they thynke [it wyl come to passe,] that they shalbe heard, for theyr much bablinges sake.
And he came, and founde them a slepe agayne: for, their eyes were heauy.
Then commeth he to his disciples, and sayth vnto them: Slepe hencefoorth, & take your rest, beholde, the houre is at hande, and the sonne of man is betrayed into the handes of synners.
