Then one of the twelue, called Iudas Iscariot, wet vnto ye chiefe priestes,

And when supper was ended (after that the deuyll had put in the heart of Iudas Iscariot Simons sonne, to betray hym)

He spake of Iudas Iscariot [the sonne] of Simon: For he it was, that shoulde betray hym, beyng one of the twelue.

And immediatly whyle he yet spake, commeth Iudas, which was one of the twelue, and with hym a great number of people, with swordes & staues, from the hye priestes, and scribes, and elders.

Whyle he yet spake, loe Iudas, one of the twelue, came, and with hym a great multitude, with swordes & staues, from the chiefe priestes and elders of the people.

Whyle he yet spake, behold [there came] a company, and he that was called Iudas, one of the twelue, went before the, & preassed nye vnto Iesus to kisse hym.

Then entred Satan into Iudas, whose sirname was Iscariot, whiche was of the number of the twelue.

And Iudas Iscariot, one of the twelue, went away vnto ye hye priestes, to betray hym vnto them.

Then Iudas, whiche had betrayed hym, seyng that he was condempned, repented hym selfe, and brought agayne the thirtie peeces of syluer, to the chiefe priestes and elders,

That he may take the rowme of this ministerie and Apostleship, from which Iudas by transgression fell, that he myght go to his owne place.

And when they were come in, they went vp into a parlour, where abode both Peter, and Iames, and Iohn, and Andrewe, Philip and Thomas, Barthelmewe and Matthewe, Iames the sonne of Alpheus, & Simo Zelotes, and Iudas the brother of Iames.

Ye knowe, yt after two dayes is ye feast of Passouer, and the sonne of man is betrayed, to be crucified.

And sayde [vnto them:] What wyll ye geue me, and I wyll delyuer hym vnto you? And they appoynted vnto hym thirtie peeces of syluer.

But there are some of you that beleue not. For Iesus knewe from the begynning, which they were that beleued not, and who shoulde betray hym.
