And hereby we are sure that we knowe hym, yf we kepe his comaundementes.

If ye loue me, kepe my commaundementes,

Yf ye kepe my commaundementes, ye shall abyde in my loue, euen as I haue kept my fathers commaundementes, and abyde in his loue.

For this is the loue of God, that we kepe his commaundementes, and his commaundementes are not greeuous.

Why call ye me Lorde, Lorde, and do not as I byd you?

Ye are my frendes, yf ye do whatsoeuer I commaunde you.

Hereby knowe we that we dwell in hym, & he in vs: because he hath geuen vs of his spirite.

And being perfect, was made the aucthour of eternall saluation vnto al them that obey hym:

(119:8) I wyll runne the way of thy commaundementes: when thou shalt set my heart at libertie

Hereby we knowe that we are of the trueth, and shall assure our heartes before hym.

This is lyfe eternall, that they myght knowe thee, the only true God, & Iesus Christe whom thou hast sent.

We knowe that we are of God, & the whole worlde lieth in wickednesse.

We knowe, that we are translated from death vnto lyfe, because we loue the brethren. He that loueth not his brother, abideth in death.

For it is God that commaundeth the lyght to shine out of darknesse, whiche hath shined in our heartes, for to geue the lyght of the knowledge of the glorie of God, in the face of Iesus Christe.

Blessed are they that do his commaundementes, that their power may be in the tree of lyfe, and may enter in through the gates into the citie.

Of the trauayle and labour of his soule, shall he see the fruite & be satisfied: My righteous seruaunt shall with his knowledge iustifie the multitude, for he shall beare their sinnes

I shall take then no shame: when I haue regarde vnto all thy commaundementes

I write vnto you fathers, because ye haue knowen hym that is from the begynnyng. I write vnto you young men, because you haue ouercome the wicked.

As many as byde in hym, sinne not: whosoeuer sinneth, hath not seene him, neither knowen hym.

Dearely beloued, let vs loue one another, for loue commeth of God: And euery one that loueth, is borne of God, and knoweth God.

By this we knowe that we loue the chyldren of God, when we loue God, and kepe his commaundementes.

And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went and made warre with the remnaunt of her seede, which kepe the commaundementes of God, & haue the testimonie of Iesus Christe.

Here is the pacience of the saintes: Here are they that kepe the commaundementes of God, and the fayth of Iesus.
