His mouth is most sweet;\par\tab Yea, he is altogether lovely.\par\tab This is my beloved, and this is my friend,\par\tab O daughters of Jerusalem.\par
O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock,\par\tab In the covert of the steep place,\par\tab Let me see thy countenance,\par\tab Let me hear thy voice;\par\tab For sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely.\par
I adjure you, O daughters of Jerusalem,\par\tab By the roes, or by the hinds of the field,\par\tab That ye stir not up, nor awake {\i my} love,\par\tab Until he please.\par
O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, that killeth the prophets, and stoneth them that are sent unto her! how often would I have gathered thy children together, even as a hen {\i gathereth} her own brood under her wings, and ye would not!
It is enough for the disciple that he be as his teacher, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebul, how much more them of his household!
And thy renown went forth among the nations for thy beauty; for it was perfect, through my majesty which I had put upon thee, saith the Lord Jehovah.\par

And let the favor of the Lord our God be upon us;\par\tab And establish thou the work of our hands upon us;\par\tab Yea, the work of our hands establish thou it.\par
