and the scripture was fulfilled which saith, {\b And Abraham believed God, and it was reckoned unto him for righteousness}; and he was called the friend of God.
Is this blessing then pronounced upon the circumcision, or upon the uncircumcision also? for we say, {\b To Abraham his faith was reckoned for righteousness.}
and he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcision: that he might be the father of all them that believe, though they be in uncircumcision, that righteousness might be reckoned unto them;
For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, {\b For this very purpose did I raise thee up, that I might show in thee my power, and that my name might be published abroad in all the earth.}
