He delivereth and rescueth, and he worketh signs and wonders in heaven and in earth, who hath delivered Daniel from the power of the lions.\par

Who is like unto thee, O Jehovah, among the gods? Who is like thee, glorious in holiness, Fearful in praises, doing wonders?

Blessed be Jehovah God, the God of Israel,\par\tab Who only doeth wondrous things:

Thy right hand, O Jehovah, is glorious in power, Thy right hand, O Jehovah, dasheth in pieces the enemy.

Therefore I make a decree, that every people, nation, and language, which speak anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made a dunghill; because there is no other god that is able to deliver after this sort.

Jehovah hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth have seen the salvation of our God.\par

Nevertheless he saved them for his name's sake,\par\tab That he might make his mighty power to be known.

For thou art great, and doest wondrous things:\par\tab Thou art God alone.

Remember his marvellous works that he hath done,\par\tab His wonders, and the judgments of his mouth,

The singers went before, the minstrels followed after,\par\tab In the midst of the damsels playing with timbrels.
