Behold, {\i it was} for {\i my} peace {\i that} I had great bitterness:\par\tab But thou hast in love to my soul delivered it from the pit of corruption;\par\tab For thou hast cast all my sins behind thy back.
Thy dead shall live; my dead bodies shall arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in the dust; for thy dew is {\i as} the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast forth the dead.\par
Thus saith Jehovah, Behold, I will raise up evil against thee out of thine own house; and I will take thy wives before thine eyes, and give them unto thy neighbor, and he shall lie with thy wives in the sight of this sun.
