O God, be not far from me;\par\tab O my God, make haste to help me.

Thou hast seen it, O Jehovah; keep not silence:\par\tab O Lord, be not far from me.

But I am poor and needy;\par\tab Make haste unto me, O God:\par\tab Thou art my help and my deliverer;\par\tab O Jehovah, make no tarrying.\par

Be not far from me; for trouble is near;\par\tab For there is none to help.

Why standest thou afar off, O Jehovah?\par\tab Why hidest thou thyself in times of trouble?

Make haste to answer me, O Jehovah; my spirit faileth:\par\tab Hide not thy face from me,\par\tab Lest I become like them that go down into the pit.

Draw nigh unto my soul, and redeem it:\par\tab Ransom me because of mine enemies.

Be pleased, O Jehovah, to deliver me:\par\tab Make haste to help me, O Jehovah.

But be not thou far off, O Jehovah:\par\tab O thou my succor, haste thee to help me.
