Thou openest thy hand,\par\tab And satisfiest the desire of every living thing.

Thou givest unto them, they gather;\par\tab Thou openest thy hand, they are satisfied with good.

For he satisfieth the longing soul,\par\tab And the hungry soul he filleth with good.

I will abundantly bless her provision:\par\tab I will satisfy her poor with bread.

To satisfy the waste and desolate {\i ground},\par\tab And to cause the tender grass to spring forth?

And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.

He giveth to the beast his food,\par\tab {\i And} to the young ravens which cry.
