To him that divided the Red Sea in sunder;\par\tab For his lovingkindness {\i endureth} for ever;

He clave the sea, and caused them to pass through;\par\tab And he made the waters to stand as a heap.

By faith they passed through the Red sea as by dry land: which the Egyptians assaying to do were swallowed up.

Thou didst divide the sea by thy strength:\par\tab Thou brakest the heads of the sea-monsters in the waters.

But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.
