Thou hast seen {\i it}; for thou beholdest mischief and spite, to requite it with thy hand:\par\tab The helpless committeth {\i himself} unto thee;\par\tab Thou hast been the helper of the fatherless.

Thou that art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and that canst not look on perverseness, wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy peace when the wicked swalloweth up the man that is more righteous than he;

for the destroyer is come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, their bows are broken in pieces; for Jehovah is a God of recompenses, he will surely requite.

For mine eyes are upon all their ways; they are not hid from my face, neither is their iniquity concealed from mine eyes.

The eyes of Jehovah are in every place,\par\tab Keeping watch upon the evil and the good.

Thou hast seen it, O Jehovah; keep not silence:\par\tab O Lord, be not far from me.

Be not far from me; for trouble is near;\par\tab For there is none to help.

then hear thou from heaven, and do, and judge thy servants, requiting the wicked, to bring his way upon his own head; and justifying the righteous, to give him according to his righteousness.\par

Surely I have seen yesterday the blood of Naboth, and the blood of his sons, saith Jehovah; and I will requite thee in this plat, saith Jehovah. Now therefore take and cast him into the plat of ground, according to the word of Jehovah.

Ye shall not afflict any widow, or fatherless child.

It may be that Jehovah will look on the wrong done unto me, and that Jehovah will requite me good for his cursing of me this day.

Thus Joash the king remembered not the kindness which Jehoiada his father had done to him, but slew his son. And when he died, he said, Jehovah look upon it, and require it.\par

And thou hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy;\par\tab Thou hast set my feet in a large place.

God setteth the solitary in families:\par\tab He bringeth out the prisoners into prosperity;\par\tab But the rebellious dwell in a parched land.\par

Jehovah will root up the house of the proud;\par\tab But he will establish the border of the widow.

O Jehovah, thou hast seen my wrong; judge thou my cause.

Thou hast seen all their vengeance and all their devices against me.

I will heal their backsliding, I will love them freely; for mine anger is turned away from him.
