Can a man take fire in his bosom,\par\tab And his clothes not be burned?

So the tongue also is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how much wood is kindled by how small a fire!

For on account of a harlot {\i a man is brought} to a piece of bread;\par\tab And the adulteress hunteth for the precious life.

Or can one walk upon hot coals,\par\tab And his feet not be scorched?
